MANIFESTING YOUR BEST LIFE THROUGH MINDFUL INDULGENCE!

MERGING TIMELESS VALUES WITH A PASSIONATE HEART!

Bringing more life into life!

Why you? Why now (A Question for Superwoman)?
You are superwoman, maybe even superhuman. You are all things to all people. You are determined, ambitious, and a natural problem-solver. You are constantly wearing multiple hats and trying to be in control in order to keep everything and everyone in balance. You are also a perfectionist and so you do your very best to ensure that everyone gets what they want and need in a quality way. You give your all to your relationships, whether it's with friends, family, work associates, in romance, or with your work/business. But what about you?

It's possible that on the surface things look good. But even so, something feels missing. From the outside people might wonder what you truly have to complain about, but on the inside you are not living the quality of life you always imagined for yourself. Anxiety, fear, worry, and stress have become your not so little secret because you don't want to seem affected or ungrateful. But the truth is, these feelings are starting to take their toll.

Are you over-extended? If you are it likely means that you are overly-stressed too. It also means that you are not honoring your own needs and desires enough. It means that you are not successfully upholding healthy boundaries with other people. It means that you are not adequately grounded in the present moment. It means that you are probably not listening to your body and, as such, are experiencing way too much stress and anxiety than is healthy. It means that you are likely ignoring your inner wisdom and not engaging with your purpose. And generally speaking, it means that you are not making yourself a priority and, thus, neglecting yourself way too much in one or multiple areas of your life.

If not now, when? We often come up with a million excuses of why we don't have the time, why we don't deserve, or why we don't need to focus on ourselves. But why is that? Why do we place ourselves on such a back-burner and seek out others' permission to practice self-care? Until we decide that we too deserve to be whole, happy, and fulfilled just like everybody else we will keep running around in circles getting nowhere fast, depleting our resources until we have nothing left to give. But is that really what we signed up for?

So ask yourself now, when will you finally make yourself as important as everyone and everything else in your life? You will always be busy doing something. You are a nurturer so making time for yourself is not about finding the time but rather creating it. Remember, being busy and being efficient are not always the same thing. Have you been repressing and suppressing your own desires for so long that you've forgotten what they even are? Have you accepted the status quo and believe that this is simply as good as it gets? Perhaps your life even "looks good on paper" but you still feel like something is missing.

If you feel something is off, it probably is. The longer we ignore our inner calling, our inner voice, and our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being, the longer we will be living the impostor lifestyle. Know that you can only truly give your best from a place of contentment, not depletion, and while you might think that burning the candle at both ends and putting on a brave face will help you get things done faster, it will ultimately only slow you down.

Sometimes as women we feel like we don't have the right to complain. We are supposed to be strong, yet feminine, independent, yet vulnerable, nurturing, yet ambitious. But because we are expected to be so many thing to so many people we start believing that our desires don't matter and that it would be selfish for us to pursue them. So we repress what we really want and reject who we really are in order to "save face," please others, and keep up appearances. But this pressure causes great stress on our system.
We want more but we feel greedy because of it. We have so much to appreciate but we still sometimes feel restless and dissatisfied. As a result, we feel unjustified guilt or embarrassment so we over-compensate by neglecting ourselves and refusing to say "no" to ridiculous demands. We are often too proud to ask for help for fear of appearing vulnerable and weak so we drive ourselves to the point of exhaustion. We worry about failing and disappointing, but we also worry about succeeding and meeting others' expectations of us. We fear that if we push ourselves to be who we really are that we will ultimately lose what we have. And sometimes we fear that if we go for our desires that they will inevitably come with dire consequences if we aren't being self-sacrificing or "spiritual" enough in the process. If you ask me, that's a full plate of stress and anxiety that none of us really needs.

So here comes Enlightened Selfishness. This is where you care about your own well-being just as much as you do for the well-being of others and you take good care of yourself in order to ensure that you continue to have something of value to share. This is where you get to enjoy a lavish life (whatever that means to you) with physical and spiritual balance. Lavish living is simply a testament to self-appreciation, self-empowerment, and living life with a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. And from your fulfillment everyone in your life will benefit too.

Us high achievers, whether it's in business or in life in general, we want big results but, unfortunately, we are also way too accustomed to employing self-sacrifice as a means to getting them. But what good is achieving a goal if we are too tired to enjoy it? The process simply must be as important as the results we seek. There are many things that are important to us: family, love, freedom, individuality, self-image, relaxation, security, stability, indulgence, health, wealth, romance, spirituality, originality, community, philanthropy, success, peace of mind, balance, and so forth. However, we can only truly achieve that fulfillment through our choice to finally put ourselves back at the front of the line. Martyrdom is simply taboo. Are you finally ready to step into your personal power?

Many of us have spent years in unhealthy patterns and habits and so it is natural to feel skeptical about our ability to make positive changes in our lives. But the only real limits imposed on us are the ones we impose on ourselves. So if we are to start living our lives on purpose and by design we are going to have to take a leap of faith, trust in the process, and believe it is possible to make things better.

With this in mind, I am here to provide Elite Mentoring & Coaching to help nurturing, well-meaning, empathic, loving, ambitious, intelligent, determined, generous, and too often self-sacrificing and overly-stressed women become self-empowered and grounded in the truth of their divine nature. In life we always get back what we believe about ourselves. As such, it is my goal to help women reignite their divinity in order to realize their full potential through the lens of self-awareness, self-love, and aligned manifestation. My goal is to help women regain their power so that they no longer give all their reserves away to those who do not deserve it. My goal is to help women see their inherent value and worth so that they no longer allow others to take advantage of their kindness and loving nature. And my goal is to help women find their authentic voice, their unique purpose, their deepest desires, and their ability to communicate with confidence what they truly want and need from the world.
My aim is to show you how to communicate with your higher-self so that you can recognize your unique brand of truth and personal niche in life as it applies to what you desire, how you respond to life, and how life responds to you. I want you to discover your personal gifts and create a life that suits your needs authentically rather than trying to fit yourself into a prepackaged definition that simply does not resonate. And so, through the merging of spiritual and energetic principles with the world of glorious physical experience I will guide you on how to manifest your deepest desires from the inside-out, with intention, purpose, and pure joy, whatever your goal may be.

As intelligent, outspoken, ambitious, and intuitive women we have significant influence and power to affect great change in the world. And we have the ability to use our platform, visibility, and voice to influence others in an impactful way. But we need to stand on a firm foundation that supports and encourages us to be our true selves. If we stand on a wobbly chair we will likely lose balance and fall. But, if we step into our greatness from a place of self-acceptance, self-assuredness, and self-love, we will be able to achieve anything we set our minds to accomplish.

So if you are feeling tired, depleted, unfulfilled, uninspired, anxious, taken for granted, over-extended, confused, frustrated, stressed, or dis-empowered in any way, perhaps now is finally the time for you to make yourself a priority. You cannot give what you do not have and for this reason engaging in self-care and self-appreciation is essential if you want to make a positive difference in your life, in the lives of others, and in the world at large. Allow me to start showing you the way to living your life with more peace, balance, presence, purpose, mindfulness, power, soulful indulgence, and joy while benefiting all those around you in the process.
