Small Group 4 Day/3 Night VIP Luxury Intensive Retreats (for women)

Offering a 4 Day/3 Night VIP Luxury Small Group Intensive Retreat 

Once your application has been accepted, we will begin with a no obligation phone consultation. This is a informal conversation where we will get personally acquainted and you can ask me any questions you might have about my coaching package(s),  etc. 

Once signed up, join me at a beautiful country estate (Langdon Hall) only 1.5 hrs from Toronto where you will be surrounded by old-world charm, sophistication, and tranquility as you embark on your journey of personal discovery, relaxation, and enlightenment. You will be provided with a customized itinerary based on your specific needs, desires, and preferences, luxury accommodations (3 nights), all sumptuous meals and snacks, relaxing spa treatments, customized activities, and most importantly, Elite Master Quality of Life Power Coaching in an intimate setting. 

Sample Itinerary:

Day 1:​ Check-in the day before (any time after 4:00pm), get settled, and then join me for a private reception followed by a sumptuous dinner to get better acquainted as a group and prepared for our time together.

 

Day 2: 

8:30-10:00am: Meet me in the main dining room for a gourmet breakfast to kick the day off right. 

 

10:15-11:45am: After breakfast, head to my suite (or in the designated meeting space (TBD)) for our first 90 minute intensive focusing on Clarity. Here you will start to discover who you really are and what you really want out of life. You will begin to tap into your higher-self communication to gain more insight into your deepest self and you will begin to understand what has been stopping you from living your ideal life or manifesting your goals thus far.

12:00-2:00pm: Enjoy a gourmet lunch with me, either at the award-winning on-site restaurant or catered in-suite/in the designated meeting space.

2:15-3:45pm: We will meet up again for our next 90 minute intensive focusing on your Alignment. Here you will begin to understand how your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions impact your life and your manifesting power. You will begin to learn valuable tools for aligning your mind, body, and soul to your deepest desires and purpose in order to manifest your goals via the path of least resistance. You will also begin to understand how to let go of what no longer serves you in order to embrace the new revived energy you will need in order to move forward.

4:00-7:30pm: Head to the spa to receive a relaxing massage or other treatment of your choosing (chosen by you in advance). After (or before) your spa treatment, enjoy some free time to reflect, relax and unwind, journal, read, nap, take a  walk, or do whatever you feel like doing.

7:45pm: Meet me in the main dining room to enjoy a sumptuous gourmet dinner together. As we dine we will savor the experience and discuss the progress of the day.

Day 3:

8:30-10:00am: Meet me again in the main dining room for a gourmet breakfast to kick the day off right. 

10:15-11:45am: After breakfast, head to my suite (or in the designated meeting space (TBD)) for our first 90 minute intensive of the day focusing on your Action. Here we will create an action plan based on the steps we discovered would likely be the most ideal for you to begin with in attaining your most authentic goals.

12:00-2:00pm: Enjoy a gourmet lunch with me, either at the award-winning restaurant's main dining room or catered in-suite/in the designated meeting space.

2:15-3:45pm: We will meet again for our last 90 minute intensive of the day to discuss and determine your Accountability. In this session we will pinpoint your initial accountability point(s). This will include determining one immediate action step towards your goal(s) that you will agree to take once you get home. You will also learn how to be open to noticing the signs around you in order to know what next steps to take and how to readjust your actions as needed based on the feedback you receive. This time can also be used to ask any additional questions you might have.

4:00-7:30pm: Head to the spa to receive a relaxing massage or other treatment of your choosing (chosen by you in advance). After (or before) your spa treatment, enjoy some free time to reflect, relax and unwind, journal, read, nap, take a  walk, or do whatever you feel like doing. If time permits, we might enjoy a customized group activity like a yoga/meditation class, painting tutorial, cooking demonstration, or perhaps wine tasting.

7:45pm: Meet me again for a sumptuous gourmet dinner in the hotel's beautiful main dining room where we will savor the experience together as we celebrate your progress over the past couple of days.

Day 4: 8:30-10:00am: We will enjoy a beautiful breakfast together in the main dining room and then check out and head back to the city.

This itinerary, however, is only a sketch. The intensive will be customized to your personal needs and so times and activities may vary. Sometimes more time is needed in one area, like gaining clarity or figuring out alignment. And sometimes more time is needed for processing and relaxation. If this happens it is better to go with it than to try to force a new topic before you are ready. But there is no need to worry because you will receive a follow-up email with a summary of steps to help you continue along your journey.

 

I prefer to take a more organic and somewhat flexible approach to coaching my clients as I feel this fosters the most personal growth and caters to each individual's personal needs and pace better than following a strict one-size-fits-all approach. But remember, you will have me at your disposal during the retreat to help guide you as needed.

Through your retreat intensive you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment so that you can start to get to know your true self on a deeper level and learn how to be your own guru in your own life. I will start by getting to know you before we even start (through a set of guided questions that will come in your welcome packet) so that our time together is spent on getting to the core of what you want to know. I will do my homework on you so that no minute is wasted trying to figure out the focus of our sessions. We will get to work right away but we will also have a lot of fun in the process.

Please keep in mind, this type of intensive is not for everybody. It takes someone who is greatly invested in themselves and, of course, someone who has the necessary means and resources to participate. I put a lot of time and energy into creating these types of private intensive experiences and so it is very important to me that the clients with whom I work are fully committed as well. But before you apply, please consider this option only if this intensive feels right to you, and only if it is viable for you at this time, as I want you to be sure that you are ready and able to take the leap. Please be advised: Accommodation, spa, and food package to be purchased separately and directly from the venue provider, which includes single occupancy private accommodations. Once your application has been accepted and confirmed, you will receive a code for the retreat package as a reference when making your reservations.
