"So who is your ideal client?"
While my virtual coaching services (and of course books) are open to everyone, my intensives and retreats are geared more towards serving women, and more specifically, empathic or just overwhelmed women who want to find more peace, purpose, and balance in their lives. As such, this type of woman is a lot like me in many ways, with similar goals to the ones I had for myself. She is an over-achiever (in any way) who wants to claim her true power with a sense of purpose and relaxed confidence. She is a woman who loves life, loves the finer things, and doesn't want to feel the need to apologize for it. She is interested in the esoteric but is also practical in her approach to life. She values intuition and wants to make the most of her own internal guidance system. She is health-conscious and cares about her overall well-being, or at least wants to make it a priority moving forward. She believes in the value of mentorship and receiving the right guidance to help her excel gloriously in whatever she wants to accomplish. She is a perfectionist and doesn't want to settle for less than the best from herself and others, but she also wants to find a balance in her life that starts with self-acceptance and flexibility. She is (or wants to be) a powerful influencer in her community and inner circles and knows her ability to affect great change in the world if only she respects her own need to recharge her batteries from time-to-time. She is willing to invest in herself and her own desires and needs without feeling the need to justify it to others. She is appreciative, cordial, generous, nurturing, and respectful but wants to know how to set healthy boundaries so that she no longer feels overburdened. She is ready to discover more about her purpose and gain insight into her best direction in life. And she is ready to face her fears and take inspired action towards her greatest passions and desires regardless of the opinions of others. Most of all, she is finally prepared to create the peace of mind and ultimate fulfillment she so deeply craves. So if this sounds anything like you, or who you want to be, let's connect and see what magic we can create together.
"How can you help me?"
Because I am a self-empowerment, life purpose, empathic, and holistic life coach I focus on the alignment of mind, body, and soul to help you get grounded in the present moment, communicate with your higher-self, and manifest your authentic desires through the path of least resistance. I use a four pronged approach that fosters clarity, alignment, action, and accountability, which gives you a practical formula that you can use time and time again whenever you need clarity in your life. I focus on providing you with self-empowerment tools that you will be able to use to clear your mental, physical, and emotional blocks on your own. And I will teach how to honor your heart-centered desires by implementing an inspired action plan that is aligned with your true purpose. Furthermore, I will teach you how to savor your physical experiences through your alignment with the present moment, and an awareness of the spiritual perspective, to help you become more mindful, open to your intuition and feminine power, and more capable of making conscious choices and overcoming your fears.
"How are you qualified to help me?"
Aside from my education and experience, many of the things I teach my clients are things I have learned to overcome myself. I know what it's like to be an over-achiever and hard on myself. I know what it's like to feel lost and confused about my direction in life. I know what it's like to doubt my intuition and inner wisdom. I know what it's like to be afraid of appearing or being vulnerability or "weak" and being reluctant to ask for help as a result. I know what it's like to want to appear and be "perfect" and "all-together" and subsequently push myself to the limits because of it. I know what it's like to be a perfectionist and want to control everything at all times. I know what it's like to deal with anxiety and stress. I know what it's like to be energy sensitive and to feel unable to control the effects external influences have on my body and mind. I know what it's like to unnecessarily feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. And I know what it's like to feel over-extended, overwhelmed, and drained due to not having enough healthy boundaries and neglecting to make myself a priority. But I also know what it's like to overcome these things. Appropriately, I have invested a lot of time, resources, and energy into my own personal-development and education and, as such, I have a lot of insights that I feel would be selfish not to share.
I have embraced the uniqueness and totality of who I am in order to live an authentic purpose-driven life, with no apology, no shame, no guilt, and no regret. I have overcome panic and anxiety, realized my purpose, embraced my empathic nature, and found practical ways of applying spirituality into my life. I have turned my passions and talents into doing the work that I love and I have learned to fully trust my intuition and communicate effectively with my higher-self. I have learned how to unapologetically create and uphold boundaries so that I can generously share my energy without feeling depleted. Furthermore, I have learned the key questions to ask myself when I need more insight and clarity and I have learned to honor my desires and incorporate spirituality into my life in practical and grounded ways. And these are things I can teach you to do too.
"What does your coaching focus on?"
First and foremost I focus on the alignment of the mind, body, and soul connection. This means taking a very holistic approach to clearing up mental, emotional, energetic, and physical clutter. I also help people get more grounded in the present moment by teaching them the value of savoring their physical experiences through a spiritual perspective. I teach others how to start to connect with their inner wisdom and set healthy boundaries so that they feel invigorated and inspired to take action on their authentic desires. And, I help people determine their purpose and how they can use that platform to make a valuable contribution to the world. And perhaps most importantly, I help others begin to release unnecessary anxiety and stress from their lives by implementing methods of self-reflection, self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-respect. Ultimately, my goal is to make my clients feel nurtured and cared for so that they are generously supported in their journey of personal transformation. And moreover, my goal is to give my clients their own tools so that they are self-empowered and independent to create positive manifestations in their own lives.
"Where does your focus on luxury and "indulgence" come from?"
While the love of quality, integrity, and attention to detail is inherent in my personality, these qualities had been further instilled in me and supported since childhood. Growing up, regardless of how little or a lot we had materially-speaking, I always felt abundant. My mother always made (and still makes) everything feel top notch and luxurious, no matter where we went or what we had. And my father always had (and still has) a can-do attitude, believing that anything we want in life is possible. As immigrants, without the belief in infinite possibilities I don't think my parents would have had the courage to leave their mother country with all the unknowns they had before them. I was really young when we left but I remember always feeling sheltered from feeling any type of lack, even though at the time hardship was prevalent. My parents saw their new journey to a new country and a new way of life as an adventure and I admire that immensely because it helps me now see life in the same way. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful, loving, and supportive foundation that has allowed me to come into my own. And now I want to pay that forward.
For me, once I started experiencing luxurious wellness retreats I was hooked. I thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by and experiencing beautiful environments, sumptuous foods, relaxing spa treatments, and powerfully inspiring education. I love these types of experiences because, as mentioned above, they exemplify quality, integrity, and attention to detail, along with providing valuable insights that inspire me and enhance my overall quality of life in some valuable way. As a life coach I know that I can guide my private clients from anywhere, however, I choose to incorporate my love of refinement into my coaching style in order to demonstrate my belief in the power of prosperous alignment and the importance of self-appreciation. Plus, the luxury perspective is very synonymous with personal and private attention, which is exactly what I provide. I know when I receive personal attention I always feel cared for and special, which to me is very much aligned with the essence of luxury as well.
Life coaching that is enhanced by beauty and luxury is also a great catalyst for self-care. It is a wonderful way for you to take some time away from the distractions and demands of your life. Furthermore, it is a fantastic opportunity to honor your self-worth and value as well as your needs by experiencing enjoyment, relaxation, and self-discovery. It also sets the stage for you to get centered, clear, and motivated about your next steps in life. When your needs are being taken care of and your attention is focused solely upon yourself this creates a magnificent backdrop for exploring your purpose, appreciating the present moment, and connecting with your higher-self. It also allows for the alignment of your mind, body, and soul to your authentic desires so that you can begin to achieve a sense of balance and fulfillment in all areas of your life. When you are always so busy taking care of everyone else, self-care is no longer an "indulgence"; it is simply a necessity.
The main idea is that if you give yourself permission to take care of your own needs (in whatever way you feel is appropriate to you) you will find a deep inner well of energy, enthusiasm, and harmony as you move forward through life. And the more full you feel, the more you will have to share with others. Luxury, however, has many meanings and applications but, most of all, it represents the belief that you deserve to enjoy your life and that you are willing to take actions that ground you in appreciating the present moment. Luxury can encapsulate all sorts of experiences from indulging in a cup of high quality fair trade organic tea (and taking a 5 minute time-out to do so) to spending a week in the most exclusive resort at your favorite destination. It can mean getting a massage once a week, getting together with friends over a fine meal and good conversation, "indulging" in a weekly bath ritual, or even just giving yourself "me" time to read a good book. It can also mean allowing a caring motivational coach to help you establish and start to achieve your goals with efficiency and effectiveness.
Indulgence, luxury, and opulence are words and experiences that simply acknowledge our willingness to recognize the infinite and abundant nature of the universe and our worthiness to enjoy it. They also cultivate an appreciation of life from a deeper perspective and give us the inspiration we need to make a greater contribution to the world. Through honoring our authentic desires and taking action on them we really do benefit the whole. By indulging in a lavish life (whatever that means to you) you will unveil to yourself the art of self-appreciation, and this will ultimately give you all the resources you need to put your very important mark on the world. Plus, you will be a great inspiration to others to own and manifest their own desires as well.
I believe that the universe is infinitely abundant and a great way to tap into that abundance is to experience it here in the physical world. Feeling abundant and enjoying the beauty this world has to offer is a great way of aligning with an abundance of anything we want to create in our lives. It is something I greatly enjoy and I know others do as well. Plus, I have an innate ability for anticipating other people's needs, which is partly the reason why I love curating bespoke experiences for well-deserving women that cater to their deepest desires, passions, and interests. These women are often way too self-sacrificing and as a result feel depleted of their inner resources, so I am happy to use my gifts to cultivate experiences for them that will support, guide, and care for them on all levels.
"What exactly is an intensive?"
An intensive is just like it sounds, intense. This is not to say, however, that you will necessarily feel overwhelmed by it. Rather, an intensive is simply a coaching experience that is relatively short in duration, yet full of information and positive transformation. Basically, my intensives are designed to give you a jump start towards the life you desire. Just like a car that needs a spark or jolt to start its engine, so will you receive the spark of inspiration you need to get you rolling in the direction of your best life.
When I first started my own journey into personal-development and spiritual awareness I jumped in head first, so to speak. And that intensity at the beginning is what jump-started me on to a new and better path. It was a whirlwind at first, but I couldn't get enough. I was pumped full of inspirational energy and I couldn't wait to learn more. I felt a burst of motivation and a shift in my momentum, which inspired me to want to keep going. At a certain point, though, I did get overwhelmed, but that was only because I was not grounded in my approach to what I was learning. Over some time, however, things balanced themselves out and I became more conscious of the practical applications I could make in my life. However, without having had that initial spark of inspiration I am not sure what path I would have taken next. Ultimately I chose my personal path to my personal truth in a way and time that not only made sense to me at each stage (even if it didn't make sense to anyone else) but also catapulted me towards a higher-consciousness state of existing. And this is the experience I want to impart on my clients: to reawaken an inner fire to learn and create while, at the same time, being grounded and pragmatic in the experience.
I must admit, an intensive may not be everyone's cup of tea as some people might prefer a more long-term approach where they can slowly test the waters before diving in. But have you ever tried to slowly peel off a band-aid? Sometimes swift and concise is actually better. This, of course, is something you're going to have to decide for yourself. But I do feel that no matter your personality type, whether you are more cautious or more care-free, there is nothing like an initial motivating force to get you seriously thinking about what's next for you. My intensives have been purposely designed to get you excited about your potential but, at the same time, help you settle into your new perspective while allowing me to support you as you embrace and act upon your new way of thinking and being.
The interesting thing about learning through an intensive platform is that many hidden thoughts, beliefs, and feelings tend to come to the surface as your awareness expands. This might mean you could experience more resistance from your egoic self than if you were to take a slower paced path. But in a way this is a good thing because the sooner you recognize and deal with the resistance that comes up for you, the sooner you will get to the other side of your issues with greater success. After all, the first step to eliciting change is knowing what to change and what you want.
Another great thing about experiencing an intensive is that it asks you to break away from your normal routine and step outside of your comfort zone just enough to initiate new momentum in your life. In order to make any kind of shift, whether it's with your energy or your subsequent life's circumstances, you are likely going to have to make some sort of change in your habits. To paraphrase Einstein, "You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it." So, in order to make the change that you've been wanting, you're going to likely have to do something different from what you've been doing so far. An intensive, then, is an excellent catalyst for this type of change because it creates a timely opportunity for you to take a new kind of action in a very supportive environment.
"What can I expect from working with you?"
The first thing I should mention is that the primary goal for our time together is for us to pinpoint your needs and desires and figure out the best way for you to reach your goals. My intensives are not about spending a day at the spa. Rather, they are about getting to the core of what you want to create and putting in place a practical action plan for how you will do that. So it is important to note that while our surroundings will be comfortable and luxurious, and while we will often enjoy sumptuous experiences together (i.e. in the VIP intensive/retreat packages), you will still have to come to the table with a willingness to work things out. There are plenty of relaxing all-inclusive wellness retreats you can go to in order to enjoy the spa, take a hike, go to the gym, have a nice meal, and attend a yoga class, and I totally encourage that. However, when you hire me you are doing so because you want 100% personalized attention to delve deeper into starting to find a solution to something important in your life, but you don't really know where to start. With me you get a luxurious signature experience (in essence and form) focused only on your needs, and an action plan to get you closer to living the life you want to live.
Furthermore, the first thing you will probably notice about my style of coaching is that I do not and will not judge you. I do not believe that there is only one standard for being considered "spiritual" or "good." Just because you vent once in a while that doesn't ultimately make you a negative person. Just because you like to indulge that doesn't automatically mean that you are shallow or irresponsible. And just because you have bad days sometimes that doesn't define your ability to make things better. We are all so complex and diverse and, as such, we all have our unique ways of expressing ourselves.
I celebrate everyone's uniqueness and right to be who they really are. But the same goes for me. I am very honest about what I feel and so, while my delivery is compassionate, I do steer clear from sugar-coating what I feel could help you make the changes you seek. I will not just tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what I think you need to hear. That's because I want you to make serious positive changes in your life. But in order for you to do so, you must be willing to receive honest feedback. I am compassionate, caring, and diplomatic but I am also blunt, straight-forward, and pragmatic. I also like to use humor to lighten the mood whenever I can. Moreover, I won't accept excuses because I know that if you really believed you couldn't make a change you wouldn't be seeking me out to help you make one. And so, you don't need me to spend a day at the spa with you, but you might need me to help you start to transform your life in a powerful and meaningful way. I am laser-focused so I will do everything in my power to help you get to the heart of what you need most, but I need you to show up as well. This is what you can expect: lots of love, compassion, acceptance, laughter, truth, fun, positive indulgence, and glorious self-discovery.
As for the intensive itself, in our time together I will take you through four phases: Clarity, Alignment, Action, and Accountability. And it is through these four phases that you will start to remember who you really are, what you really want, and what is possibly blocking you from living the life you authentically desire. You will also uncover how to align yourself with the present moment so that you can begin to find your path of least resistance to manifesting your goals. You will create a practical action plan to start you moving in the direction you want to go. And you will learn how to hold yourself accountable to the changes you want to make. And what better backdrop to do all of this than an environment that anticipates your every need and comforts you within a safe and non-judgmental space?
Through your intensive you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment so that you can start to get to know your true self on a deeper level and learn how to be your own guru in your own life. Plus, I will make the best effort to get to know you before we even meet so that our intensive is spent on getting to the core of what you want to know. I will do my homework on you so that no minute is wasted trying to figure out the focus of our sessions. We will get to work right away but we will also have a lot of fun in the process. While there are some forms and structures in place, my coaching style itself is more organic rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. As such, the protocols I use are there solely to provide some structure, but beyond that, each client will receive their own personalized and customized attention.
I know that you want to make a contribution. I know you want your life to have meaning. But I also know that you want to be appreciated, heard, respected, valued, and feel self-assured. You want peace of mind and relief from worry, stress, fear, and anxiety. You want to get to the root of what's been stopping you from living your authentic life. You want to learn to trust your intuition so that you can make divinely inspired choices. And you want to know your personal brand, niche, purpose, and place in this world so that you can make a huge difference in your life and in the lives of others.
In my customized life coaching services you will enjoy relaxation and pleasurable learning while realizing how to experience self-appreciation, self-worth, self-confidence, and self-acceptance. You will become conscious of your value to the world and you will begin to feel independently accomplished and free. And no matter who you are, where you come from, or where you are in your life right now, if you are someone who wants more answers along with a break from the hectic pace of life, my intensives will help you start to gain the clarity you seek moving forward. I cannot make any guarantees because as an intelligent, powerful, and free will individual a large part of how you will progress is up to you. But I can tell you with confidence that you will definitely discover something valuable about yourself, which will help you find your own way through the clutter, confusion, and frustration to reveal a beautiful new perspective from which to live.
I know you have fears, we all do. But through my intensives you can be one step closer to releasing those fears. Fears like the fear of failure, the fear of success, the fear of not being good or deserving enough, and the fear of being judged or rejected, are just to name a few. You can also learn how to handle pressures that come from meeting expectations, dealing with competition, and handling the demands of life to create balance in all areas of your life. Furthermore, you will receive the motivation and guidance you need to take action on your authentic goals without guilt, resentment, regret, or the fear of not measuring up. And if needed, you can learn how to navigate social "drama" and interpersonal conflicts so that they no longer affect you in any negative way. Please know, stepping into your truth will not cause you to lose what is most important to you in your life. So many of us are willing to accept the status quo because we fear change. But change doesn't have to be a bad word. When we lose what is no longer good for us, we gain something that is so much better.
As such, think of me as your personal concierge for your mind, body, and soul who will help align you with your highest potential and most peaceful and balanced quality of life. Think of me as a nurturing specialist who will curate a signature experience for you to teach you loving, practical, and grounded methods to help you start living your authentic truth. And think of my intensives as an exclusive opportunity for you to advance your personal growth while you relax, renew, and transform yourself so that you can eventually get from where you are to where you want to be in the most loving and supportive way.
Now, while some coaches offer longer packages, some even upwards of 6 months to a year, to me it is very important that I teach my clients self-sufficiency and self-reliance from the start, rather than potentially becoming someone they are dependent upon for all of their answers. Sometimes a year-long program might be the best option for someone, so I'm not going to knock it; it's just not how I work. For me one of the greatest gifts a mentor gave me one time was him going silent on me for two weeks. I desperately wanted to get answers to my questions but he was MIA and could not be reached. As a result, I quickly realized how powerful and knowledgeable I really was. I was forced to tap into my inner knowing and thus began my exploration into automatic/inspirational writing and getting guidance from a greater Source. I figured things out for myself because I was forced to do so. And wouldn't you know it, once I spoke to my mentor he corroborated everything I had already realized for myself.
With this in mind, while I will not go silent on you, I will encourage you to rely more on your own intuition, intelligence, and instincts so that you can always have the tools, with or without my help, to get to the core of what you want to know at any time. I do believe it is important, especially in the beginning stages of a coaching relationship, to give my clients the support they need to start creating new habits that will propel them to manifest the life they desire. After all, having someone to lean on who is there to help keep you aligned with your vision is an important asset to have in the process of creating something new. However, it is also important for me to strike a healthy balance between giving support and not enabling dependency. I consider myself a consciousness-raiser and someone who is skilled at helping others realize new perspectives and because of this often revelations can occur quite spontaneously and impactfully. So when that happens all you really need next is some additional support to keep you on track, and a willingness to do your part to enact positive change.
While a 1 day intensive or a 4 week virtual package may not facilitate a total life overhaul on its own, with the type of focus and attention I provide, it will certainly be more than adequate to set your wheels in motion for your desired transformation. Always remember, you are ultimately the one who gets to decide what you do, how much you do it, how you do it, and at which pace you do it. You get to decide how much effort you are willing to put into the process and how fast or slow you want to take it. I only provide the guidance and perspective. You are ultimately the one who takes the wheel.
I believe that while mentorship is a great gift and asset to our learning experience, an even greater gift is allowing ourselves to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and capable of using our own internal GPS to figure out our personal direction in life. There are plenty of people out there who would be willing to tell you what to do. But knowing for yourself what resonates with you will help you discern good advice from advice that does not truly serve you. So this is what I want to teach you the most: how to begin to recognize your personal truth and tap into your highest-self wisdom independently in order to gain the clarity you need whenever you need it (so that you can manifest whatever you truly desire in your life).
"How long will it take for me to see results?"
It's hard to give a general timeline as every individual is different, but generally it will depend on your goals and expectations. The tools I teach take practice and implementation. You've likely spent years practicing specific habits and patterns of behavior that have brought you to where you are today. And so, while it is true that a revelation or change in perspective can catapult you to make a positive change quite quickly, overall and long-lasting change will mostly depend on how open you are to learning and taking consistent action.
Regardless, whichever package you choose the results you seek will take a commitment on your part to implement what you learn through a combination of self-acceptance and inspired action. Each package is designed and personally customized to give you the tools you need to kick start your positive transformation through becoming more self-reliant on your own intuition and inner wisdom. By starting to explore yourself on a deeper level, and by understanding what motivates you to act and react, you will begin to feel a deeper sense of peace and control over your own life. For me, the guidance I received along my personal journey was helpful, but learning to trust myself was invaluable. This is the main gift I want to bestow upon you.
As a business owner it might seem counter-intuitive to some that I help others become more self-reliant rather than dependent upon me, but I believe that one of the greatest gifts I could give to my clients is to help them trust themselves more and need me less. Having myself been addicted to seeking answers from the outside, I know the importance of looking within first and foremost to find one's personal clarity. And so I want my clients to learn enough in their sessions with me that they no longer need me to "tell" them what they need to do. For me, empowering others is what excites me the most in my work. To see my clients thrive because they have developed their own confidence in their own abilities to work their "stuff" out is greatly rewarding.
Look, we all need some guidance from time to time, but we serve ourselves best when we stop second-guessing our own intuition and start aligning with the truth of who we are and what we want out of life. Personal-development in reality is a life-long journey. We are always going to want to take things to the next level; that's just human nature and the nature of the soul's journey (which by the way is a never-ending experience). Consequently, what we really need to succeed (and to be truly happy) in any area of life is a means that helps us get to each level of our development and evolution in the most joyous way possible. The truth is already right in front of you; my job is to simply help you see that. All you need now is to be honest enough with yourself (without judgment) in order to unmask that truth and finally start living your life as you intended.
"What else do I need to know about you?"
I love to write. Writing is something that has always been a creative and cathartic outlet for me, helping me download inspired information and channel much needed answers and insights for myself and others. I am so happy to be able to inspire others with my thoughts, whether it's through my blog, articles, or books, etc., and I am truly excited to teach others how to communicate with their higher-selves through engaging with the written word.
I believe that all of us have access to our personal answers in life but in order to be good at it we need to 1) know the right questions to ask ourselves, 2) know how to communicate with our higher-self wisdom, and 3) practice self-acceptance, self-love, and self-care. As such, these are the subjects I focus on the most, i.e. Divine Communication and Divine Manifestation; the spiritual merged with the physical; the righteous melded with the "indulgent"; and service combined with pleasure.
One of the more amazing techniques that I teach is the power of inspirational writing. Many might think that they have to be a good writer, or even like writing in order to excel in the type of writing I am teaching, but this is simply not true. I am not teaching people how to write. I am teaching them how to use the art of writing to uncover what their souls want them to know. I am helping people become self-empowered by being able to listen to their own intuition and higher-self wisdom so that they no longer rely on external validation for answers. And I am teaching people how to look within through the tool of writing (along with other self-awareness tools and targeted question-asking) in order to figure out their true purpose and next steps on their journey through life.
Some other fun facts about me: I'm a foodie, I'm a health nut, I'm a spiritual enthusiast, and I'm a seeker of truth. I love tea (especially Organic Japanese Sencha), the beach, luxury spas and retreats, books, inspiring education, and beautiful real estate and decor. I gravitate towards products and services that are natural and organic. I love to eat and cook healthy gourmet food, create energy art, entertain, and decorate (I am also certified in professional redesign and I love decorating using design psychology, life coaching, and energy flow principles). I love to travel, I love to discover, I love to indulge in the finer things in life, and I love to share my joy with others. I am family-oriented and value my relationships immensely. I'm an optimist but I am also pragmatic, which is probably why I am so drawn to both the spiritual and the physical aspects of our existence and the belief that we need to find harmony on all levels in order to be truly happy and fulfilled.
